The deadline to reserve a seat or sponsor a table for this year’s We Are Wylie Dinner is Sept. 29.
This year’s dinner will be Oct. 5 at Lytle Bend Ranch and will feature live music by Wylie alum Hunter Hutchison. The event will include dinner catered by Joe Allen’s and a raffle.
Table sponsorships range from $500 to be a Friend Sponsor (four seats) up to $10,000 for the Bulldog Sponsorship. All sponsors who donate $5,000 or more will have their names listed on the Wylie High School digital End Zone Sign at 2017 home football games.
All sponsors of $1,000 or more receive preferred seating for eight and will be listed in the program, on the website and in all acknowledgements.
Individual seats can be reserved for a donation of $100.
Register online at WylieBulldogsEducationFoundation.com or obtain a registration form from the Wylie Administration Office. Also, look for Foundation members at home football games if you need more information.
The Foundation is also hosting a raffle, and the winner will be drawn at the We Are Wylie Dinner. The recipient does not have to be present to win. One raffle is for a Louis Vuitton Leather Bag valued at $2,000. The other is for a Yeti Cooler valued at $500.
Raffle tickets are $10 for one ticket, $25 for three tickets or $50 for six tickets. They will be available at the dinner, at the Sept. 8 home football game or you can order them and have them mailed to you.
All proceeds from the dinner and the raffle go to fund Foundation programs, such as teacher grants, student scholarships and welcome gifts to new teachers.
The Foundation awarded more than $57,000 in scholarships, grants and new teacher gifts in 2017.
