Class of 2025 Graduates: #12 Amelie Liew

Most Cherished High School Memory

My most cherished memory was becoming friends with Isaac Gammon through the Unified Bulldogs program. Every phone call, kickball game, and three pointers are memories that make me smile.

Advice for Underclassmen

If I could give underclassmen any advice it would be to try everything you possibly can in high school. Sometimes putting yourself out there and getting out of your comfort zone can be intimidating, but eventually, you realize everyone is so worried about themselves and their affairs they’re not even paying attention to you. High school is too short to not put yourself first and have the most fun possible.

School Activity, Class or Teacher Impact

My participation in the Unified Bulldogs program impacted me the most.

Overcoming Challenge & Lessons Learned

There have been many stressful times when I feel like I’m juggling many different responsibilities at once. I have since learned to thoroughly write details out and take it one day at a time.

My Inspiration

I feel so inspired by my friend Ella Heuerman. She is like a ray of sunshine, and she reminds me through her mindset that every situation, no matter how much it gets me down, always has a positive side. I am so grateful for her role in my life.

A Proud Moment

I am proud of my accomplishments in golf. Even through feeling burnt out, I stuck with it.

Who Knew?

I really enjoy musical theater, and I wish I could have participated in the 24-hour musical at least once.

Gratitude Check

I would like to thank my mom and my dad for making me feel like I can achieve anything I set my mind to in life. Although this quality also makes me pretty stubborn, I feel as if through enough hard work, there are unlimited options for me.
