Wylie had another successful Adopt-A-Bulldog program this year, with lifelong relationships built between Little Bulldogs and Big Bulldogs.
Each year the Wylie All-Sports Booster Club sponsors the program in which young Wylie students can “adopt” a varsity football player. The Little Bulldog encourages his Big Bulldog with gifts and snacks and encouraging notes, and in turn the Little Bulldog gets his Big’s jersey and pictures with his big after football games.
The Bigs and Littles also spend a Sunday afternoon playing a football game against each other, which proves to be great fun for both sides.
